Back to our best at last. Good hard working performances from everyone for the whole game with exceptional efforts from Ash, Kiddo and Chris in nets.They are a very good team with lots of sweeping accurate moves throughout. We held them back though, and with ten minutes to go, Kirk Deighton weren't winning and we had them pushed back scared.They saw defeat! That's how it should be! 28th Jan	Otley Town	3-2	Hornets	Beaky, Weeman
A good performance in the first half, when we should have buried it. Not to be though, Otley got a surprise breakaway goal after relentless Hornets pressure. After the break we pushed it and got 2 straight after the break. A great poachers goal from Mike, followed by a classic Weeman header. Pushed but no more came, then Otley stepped up the pressure in the last 20, getting 2 more in the process. We should have learnt from these games in the past, but it still seems to happen too regularly.7/10 Man Of The Match - Lacey. A hard fought game with no one really on top, but a good goal from Jamie after half time. It's never easy with ten men, but we held on for the win. 6/10 Man Of The Match - Will -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
4th Mar	Hornets	1-3	Ilkley	Luca
A truly horrendous day weather wise, with a not much better performance from us. Went ahead early on and pressured Ilkley, but never really capitalised on it. Let them back in the game second half, but still it could have been a win for either side. Unfortunately with a lot of players missing for us, it turned out to be Ilkley day. 6/10 Man Of The Match - Henry / Harry. A much better performance than last week, against a team who rarely concede a goal. To say they are a fantastic team is an understatement, but as previously shown, they don't do Hornets very well. Early offside goal didn't put us off and we battled until a second came. Still could have got something from it, but we took our foot off the pedal to let them take the points. Some good performances especially from Simon who played a total blinder. Still missing some regular heads, this was our first game this season without scoring! 7/10 Man Of The Match - Simon. Another goal-less game from us, whats happening? A good all round performance but just not enough to beat them. Unlucky at times but 0-3 is not that bad against a very strong team. 7/10 Man Of The Match - -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Only one result really. Even though Killinghall have got stronger, they really weren't in it. Three games, three wins this season. Killinghall must love us! Great game, end to end with some great goals. Two from Dan on his debut, and one from Joe!!!
